Above the Poconos Skydivers – Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards purchased from 2024-Current

1. Non-Refundable Purchase
All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

2. Validity & Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed for tandem skydives or other services offered by Above the Poconos Skydivers. Redemption is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Note: If the cost of services has increased since the time of purchase, the gift card holder is responsible for paying the difference at the time of booking.

3. Transferability
Gift cards are fully transferable. If the original recipient cannot use the card, it may be reassigned to another individual. Please notify us in advance for record-keeping purposes.

4. Value Adjustment Over Time
Gift cards retain full value for one year from the date of purchase. After that, the redeemable value adjusts as follows:

After 1 year: 75% of original value
After 2 years: 50% of original value
After 3 years: 25% of original value
After 4 years: No value remains

Adjusted values may still be applied toward any services, with the remaining balance due at the time of booking.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Above the Poconos Skydivers is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash.

6. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Federal CARD Act and Pennsylvania state laws. Above the Poconos Skydivers reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Attention: Gift Card Holders – Purchased Prior to 2024

Gift cards purchased prior to 2024 from any of the following:

Above the Poconos Skydivers
PA Skydive Center
NEPA Ripcords

...will be honored toward a tandem skydive in 2025.

Please note:

You must pay the difference in price if the current cost of the skydive exceeds the value of your original gift card.

Starting in 2026, the redeemable value of these older gift cards will decrease as follows:

2026 – 50% of original value
2027 – 25% of original value
2028 – No value remains (Gift card expires)

We encourage you to book your jump in 2025 to receive full value. If you have questions about your gift card or need to check its status, please contact us directly.
