NOTES ON GIFT CERTIFICATES:

* The certificate is good for a year from this date, and the jump can be scheduled at the holders convenience.
   NOTE: If for some reason you wish to return the gift certificate, you have until 30 days after the gift date to return it for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. After that the certificate is only transferable.

NOTES ON THE GIFT CERTIFICATE FORM:

Other: Is a section that can be used if you wish to purchase a gift from us that is not listed on the slip such as Video only; Stills only; Solo Jump Training Package, IAD jump, CTP jump, monetary jump credit.

This section can also be used for receiving any of the following first jump discounts:

$ - SAVE SHIPPING AND HANDLING fees by stopping by our facilities in Hazleton during our hours of operation and pick up a gift certificate. Always call first.

$ - CASH DISCOUNT - Either stop by with cash, or send a money order or cashier's check through the mail. Personal checks are not considered cash and are only accepted for gift certificates and deposits, never on the day of the jump.

$ - Get the STUDENT DISCOUNT, by sending a copy of your student ID.


Shipping and Handling - all certificates are sent in an envelope with no skydiving markings on it.
We recommend priority mail, only $6 shipping and handling fee, for piece of mind and timely delivery.

IN A HURRY? - Overnight mail is available for a $20 shipping and handling fee.

Faxed copies of the certificate can be sent while you wait for the mail to deliver the original.
(Faxed copies will not be accepted for payment on the day of the jump, only the original.)
